2340/2350/2348 - Single or Dual Channel High-Voltage Amplifiers
Overview
The Model 2340/2350 High Voltage Amplifier expands the amplitude range of any standard, 50 function, pulse, or waveform generator to 400 volts p-p. Model 2340/2350 comes standard with a fixed gain of +50, and gains from 10 to 100 are available as special order.
The output current is rated at 40 mA continuous with a 0.2 output impedance. Each channel has an independent, buffered, voltage monitor output for applications that require a low-level representation of the output signal.
The buffers producte a reduction of 200:1 for 50 inputs and 100:1 for 1 M and above inputs. A current limiting function senses the current in either direction providing maximum protection to the amplifier during operation.
Ideal for specialized applications where low distortion, high power, and high voltage signal amplification is required. The unit is particularly suited for high frequency, high current (40 mA) applications that require precise signal amplification as in MEMS and other novel areas of research.
