The Centellax TG1C1-A Clock Synthesizer is a cost-effective wideband signal generator with high-UI jitter injection capability. It is ideally suited for manufacturing testing, device characterization, and research and development lab applications
The TG1C1-A features two pairs of differential outputs, one jittered, one unjittered, and four other pairs of jittered and unjittered single-ended outputs. The synthesizer can be controlled from the front-panel or through GPIB. The TG1C1-A operates from 500MHz to 13.5GHz.
Centellax instruments ship with a standard one-year warranty, with an extended warranty available, and free calibration during the warranty period. The Centellax LabView VI driver allows you to easily integrate the equipment into your test system via the GPIB
interface.
