QP-SIGKit4B Rev. C measures the following parameters:

Overview:
QP's Beta Signal Integrity Tester is built upon a scalable platform with a VersaPHYTM backchannel and targeted at Beta transmit signal integrity testing. The Beta Signal Integrity Tester performs the same measurements as the SQT-SIT part of QP-SQT. QP-SQT requires Windows XP, MS-Excel 2003, and GPIB support. National Instruments GPIB support is recommended.

QP-SIGKit4B Rev. C is used to test the output of the device under test (DUT). The data acquired from the oscilloscope is post processed using commonly available and inexpensive MS-Excel 2003. The flexible post processing method allows for Near End and Far End measurements. Additionally, the IEEE-1394b and SAE AS5643 parameters are used to qualify the results. Using the appropriate Test Fixture all ports of the DUT are tested. QP provides automation support for several oscilloscopes.
