Dr. Paul Brooks
Director, Lab & Production strategy
Dr. Paul Brooks has spent the past 25 years with VIAVI (starting with Wandel & Goltermann) in a variety of R&D and marketing roles, starting off with designing the DSP and analog front end for DSL testing he has steadily increased the speed to 800GE! As well as being active in the IEEE 802.3 and OIF, he also presents on a range of topics including 100G SERDES challenges and pluggable DCOs. He holds several patents in test and measurement.
